Q2Lead Programme

A 5-modular development programme, delivered over 3 days or flexibly.
Each programme can be adapted to your needs and is flexible in its duration. For example, the full Q2Lead can be run over two days, or as separate modules. Module 1 (Values) uses the world-renowned True Colors® tool (see below), and can be offered as a stand-alone workshop, eg to build team values or as personal development.

Understand leadership from different perspectives; understand different styles of leadership
Develop emotional intelligence
Improve confidence
Understand your personal & professional values and strengths in the context of relationships
Reflect on the concept of female energy and how it complements male energy, the importance of both energies to the world
Learn strategies to overcome the inner critic (Saboteur) and build confidence

True Colors

True Colors® is a tool used to build teams and leadership in organisations across the world. From large corporates to public sector organisations, to charities and schools, True Colors helps individuals discover their personal and shared values and strengths. Anyone experiencing a True Colors workshop learns to respect and appreciate the values and needs of others too. It’s simple to use but hard to forget. No paper or computerised reports - just pure experience which creates lasting behavioural change.

At Q2Lead we see True Colors as a crucial component and the starting point for our leadership programme. Before you can be a leader in your life you need to be able to understand yourself. The True Colors tool can be used in a one to one coaching environment but better still in our one-day workshop where you will be able to discover for yourself and share with others. We also offer True Colors as a stand-alone workshop.

World Cafe

How many meetings have you been to where nothing really seems to happen?
What if meetings were a place where people came together to get really engaged, charged up and innovative about the challenges they’re facing and the work they have to do?
What if we could shift to a higher quality of meaningful dialogue that really made a difference for our community or organisation?

World Café fosters collaborative dialogue in large groups by rotating participants through a series of small tables. Authentic conversations encourage sharing knowledge, building on each other’s ideas, thinking outside of the box and creating connections.
